Success message (on submit): Thanks — your note is on its way. Erinn typically replies within 1-2 business days. (For urgent same-week questions, email erinn@designsbyerinn.com directly and put “URGENT” in the subject line.)
Spam protection note (for Kael at build): Use Cloudflare Turnstile (preferred — free, no GDPR cookie burden) or hCaptcha. Do NOT use Google reCAPTCHA. Include a honeypot field. Rate-limit: same IP cannot submit more than 3 forms per 60 minutes.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU SEND
- Within 1-2 business days — Erinn replies with clarifying questions, availability, and (for custom work) a quote.
- Within 3-5 business days — Once details are confirmed, you get a written order summary and a deposit link. The 50% deposit secures your date.
- Seven days before your event — Final balance is due. We’ll send a reminder so it doesn’t slip.
Below the list (smaller, secondary text): Quotes during peak production months (May, June, October, November, December) may take an extra business day. Wedding consultations book separately and may include a paid tasting.
Intro: We deliver and set up across Hampton Roads. Delivery for baked goods and dessert party packs is mileage-based ($20 minimum); sweet tables and candy tables include on-site setup and teardown in the package.

What allergens are in your kitchen?
Dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts are always present. We can accommodate many restrictions with advance notice, but cross-contamination is possible. For severe (anaphylaxis-level) allergies, please plan around a certified allergen-free facility.
